How do I book an appointment?+
You can book an appointment in several ways: use our online booking form, send a WhatsApp message to +971 58 508 7321 (Oud Metha) or +971 50 443 7587 (DSO), or call us directly. Our team will confirm your appointment within one hour during working hours.
What insurance do you accept?+
We accept MedNet, MetLife, Almadallah, Daman, AXA, Cigna, NextCare, and NAS. We offer direct billing, so for covered procedures there is no upfront payment required. Our insurance coordinator verifies your coverage before treatment begins. Visit our insurance page for the full list.
Do I need to bring anything to my first visit?+
Please bring a valid Emirates ID or passport, your dental insurance card (if applicable), and any recent dental X-rays or records from your previous dentist. If you are taking any medications, please bring a list. Arrive 10 minutes early for your first visit to complete a brief medical history form.
Can I walk in without an appointment?+
Yes, walk-ins are welcome at both our Oud Metha and Dubai Silicon Oasis clinics. However, we recommend booking in advance to guarantee your preferred time slot and minimise waiting. For dental emergencies such as severe pain, a broken tooth, or a lost crown, same-day emergency slots are available — call us and we will fit you in.
