This policy describes how we create, review, and maintain our content to ensure accuracy, safety, and compliance with Dubai Health Authority (DHA) standards.
Our Editorial Standards
- Clinical accuracy: All treatment information, pricing, and procedural details are reviewed by a DHA-licensed dentist before publication.
- Evidence-based: Clinical claims are based on peer-reviewed dental research or established DHA/MOH guidelines.
- Transparency: Pricing is indicative and based on current clinic tariffs. Final pricing is confirmed at consultation.
- No conflicts of interest: We do not accept payment for editorial content placements.

- Blog articles: Reviewed annually. Outdated posts are updated or marked with a revision date.
- Pricing information: Updated quarterly to reflect current clinic tariffs.
Each reviewed page displays a “Last updated” date and the reviewing clinician’s name in the page byline.
Patient Review Collection Policy
- Patients are invited to leave a review via Google Business Profile following their appointment.
- Review invitations are sent via SMS or WhatsApp after treatment completion — never conditionally linked to a positive outcome.
- We do not offer incentives in exchange for reviews.
- All reviews — positive and negative — are displayed on our Google Business Profile without editing or removal.
- We do not use third-party review generation services that violate Google review policies.
