Frequently Asked Questions
How do I choose the right dentist at Top Smile Dental Clinic?+
Each of our dentists specialises in a different area. For cosmetic treatments like
veneers or
whitening, book with Dr. Shahanath or Dr. Sara. For
Invisalign and
braces, see Dr. Mohamed Aboo Baker. For
implants and oral surgery, Dr. Priyanka is your specialist. For routine check-ups and family dentistry, Dr. Mirza or Dr. Shamma can help. Not sure? Message us on WhatsApp and we will recommend the best dentist for your needs.
Are all your dentists DHA licensed?+
Yes. Every dentist and specialist at Top Smile Dental Clinic holds an active Dubai Health Authority (DHA) licence. This means they have met all qualification, training and continuing education requirements set by the UAE government. You can verify any dentist’s licence on the
DHA Sheryan portal.
Can I book a same-day dental appointment?+
Yes. We keep same-day and next-day appointment slots open 7 days a week. For
dental emergencies — severe pain, broken teeth, swelling — we prioritise you for the earliest available slot. Call
+971 58 508 7321 or message us on WhatsApp to book immediately.
Do you accept dental insurance?+
Yes. We offer
direct billing with major UAE insurance networks including MedNet, MetLife, Almadallah, NextCare (Reimbursement), and NAS. Bring your insurance card to your first visit and our team will handle the paperwork — no upfront payment required for covered treatments.
* For insurance coverage confirmation, please inquire with the clinic before your appointment. Coverage varies by plan and provider.
