Dr. Manisha Singh is the Co-Founder and Principal Dentist of Top Smile Dental Clinic, established in 2023 in Oud Metha, Dubai. A DHA-licensed dentist, she built the clinic on a patient-first philosophy — treating the whole person, not just the tooth. Under her leadership, the practice has grown to offer 18+ dental services, a multilingual specialist team, and direct insurance billing with all major UAE providers.
Dr. Manisha is passionate about building long-term relationships with patients and families. She believes excellent oral health is a lifelong journey, and takes pride in creating a welcoming clinic environment where every patient feels genuinely valued.
